2011 Symposium for Teaching and Learning with Technology

For three semesters, an online book has been used in management classes. The results of surveys reporting student use of the online version and paper version will be presented. In addition, two students who conducted research on their fellow students' attitude toward using mobile devices for accessing course materials will share their results. These devices include Droid smartphones, iPads, Kindles, and the eDGe e-reader. This will provide a framework for discussion of student use of mobile devices to access course material, and what these mean to the future of education.
